During the rapidly changing picture around the Covid-19 pandemic we wanted to share with our customers what steps we are taking to protect us all
Due to the nature of our business and the fact that our customers are likely to be in a high risk group we are viewing the situation seriously and continue to follow the Government updates closely.
Within our factory and showroom, cleaning has been increased with all surfaces repeatedly disinfected throughout the day, all staff are regularly washing hands and where possible maintaining a distance of at least 2 meters. We are following the current advice for staff to work from home where possible and/or self-isolate. Our showroom is open but we ask that you follow the current guidance before planning a visit.
For our customers at home, we are continuing with home demonstrations, vehicle deliveries, annual service visits and breakdown repairs, we feel it is important as our customers rely entirely on their vehicle for essential trips such as medical appointments. We have, however introduced a number steps to reduce the risk.
We want to continue to support our customers whilst following as sensible steps and official guidance, if you are unsure at all then please do give us a ring.

Wheelchair and scooter servicing and repairs are also available within the superstore workshop. We also can help assist in the purchase of a new wheelchair accessible vehicle, whether through Motability or private purchase or convert an existing vehicle with a bespoke adaption to suit your individual requirements plus provide boot hoist and stowage options to make travelling even easier. On the day of your appointment one of our experienced demonstrators will arrive at your home, we will discuss your requirements, ensure the vehicle meets your needs and help answer any questions you may have about the process.
Once we have helped you find the perfect vehicle and decided on any optional extras and the adaptions that will assist you most, a deposit will be required then your new vehicle can be ordered.
When Brook Miller receives your vehicle from the manufacturer, the vehicle will then be converted to your exact requirements in our workshop in West Yorkshire.
Once all work has been completed on your new vehicle our sales coordinators will contact you to book a suitable time and date for us to deliver your new vehicle.
After you have received the vehicle we will send you a short customer satisfaction questionnaire. We really value your feedback to help us continue being a leader in the UK wheelchair accessible vehicles market.

All new vehicles privately purchased qualify for 12 month warranty on the conversion/adaption from the date of delivery. If any part of the conversion/adaption develops a fault due to normal use during the 12 month period Brook Miller Mobility Limited will arrange a repair or replacement. Vehicle manufacturer’s warranty applies to base vehicles only.
All used vehicles purchased from the vendor qualify for 3 month warranty on the conversion from the date of delivery.
Extended warranty is available up to 3 years with WAV Assured Warranty upon request.
