At Brook Miller Mobility, we specialise in personal vehicle conversions, tailored design, and adapting each vehicle to suit individual needs. Our current focus is on wheelchair accessible van conversions under our trusted Liberation brand — offering practical, stylish and accessible travel for leisure.
We regularly have stock Liberation van conversions available, ready for immediate purchase. These come with thoughtfully pre-configured layouts based on our extensive experience and customer feedback. We can still personalise each vehicle with additional accessibility features and equipment to suit your specific needs.
We may also have pre-owned Liberation conversions or other accessible leisure vehicles available through part exchange.

Designed with disability in mind
Brook Miller Mobility are able to offer a huge range of adaptions across our Liberation fleet, custom built wheelchair accessible motorhomes, ensuring that anyone and everyone, regardless of mobility issues or disability, will have the chance to experience and enjoy the freedom of the outdoors.

Excellent use of space
Clever adaptions to space and style, ensure that the Liberation family includes plenty of room to move about with ease. Some of the adaptions include entry equipment, under floor and inboard lifts, driving controls from a simple steering knob to full technical devices.

Disabled toileting
Premium quality bathroom facilities are installed across The Liberation range. Gone are the days of having to trek outside to dingy campsite facilities; instead modern, compactly fitted, luxurious wet rooms with wide door access are available as standard across the range.

Bespoke adaptations for disabled drivers
In today’s market and with the wealth of bespoke adaptations and options that Brook Miller Mobility is able to offer, having a custom built wheelchair accessible motorhome would seem to be the most cost effective solution to motor homing than adaptions to an existing motor home.
Liberations Features
Wheelchair Accessible Lifts
Our most popular access option is an underfloor wheelchair lift, operated via a wired remote control, with wireless options also available. These lifts are easy for both wheelchair users and carers to operate, and they stow discreetly underneath the vehicle when not in use. All our Liberation van conversions can be fitted with these lifts.
Access Ramps
Wheelchair access ramps are a cost-effective option for gaining entry to our Liberation van conversions. They’re suitable for users who prefer a simpler, non-powered method of access.
Internal Mobility Equipment
Hoists are one of the most requested features and can be fitted within all Liberation van conversions. A hoist rail support system is integrated into the structure of the vehicle’s roof and is compatible with the Prism Freeway TransactiveXtra Ceiling Track Hoist, available in manual or powered transverse options.
Accessible Wet rooms and Toilets
Our van conversions feature premium quality wet rooms with wide door access, designed for convenience and comfort. Additional support features, such as grab rails and shower chair-compatible toilets, can also be added to suit your requirements.
Profiling Electric Beds
We can install profiling electric beds with features such as adjustable backrests, knee breaks, and height adjustability — bringing the same comfort and support you’re used to at home into your leisure vehicle.
Driving Adaptions
We offer a wide range of driving adaptations to enable wheelchair users to drive their Liberation van conversion. These include hand controls, steering aids, and seating modifications to assist with safe and independent transfers.
Wheelchair Tie Downs
Whether you wish to travel while seated in your wheelchair or transfer to a travel seat, we can fit secure tie-downs or storage restraints to keep your wheelchair safely stowed during your journey.
The Process

All our Liberation wheelchair accessible van conversions are built to order, custom-designed around your individual needs and lifestyle. Every vehicle is tailored from the ground up to create a truly bespoke solution.

Visit Us for a Design Consultation
We invite you to our large showroom in Elland, West Yorkshire, where you can view example Liberation van conversions and explore the full range of accessibility options available.
During your visit, we’ll take time to understand your requirements and offer advice on layout, equipment, and features that best suit you and your family.
Place Your Order
When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll guide you through the vehicle ordering process. We’ll help specify the base van to be factory ordered, and discuss key details to ensure it suits your intended layout and equipment needs.
You don’t need to finalise every detail right away — we’ll continue working closely with you on the finer points while the base vehicle is on order.
Finalise the Design
Once your van arrives and is ready for conversion, we’ll complete a detailed layout drawing and full specification with you. You’ll have time to consider all available options before signing off the final design.
Build: Stage 1
Your Liberation van conversion is built to the agreed specification, with your chosen layout, furniture, and fixtures installed to create a comfortable and functional home-from-home.
Build: Stage 2
Following Stage 1, the vehicle moves to our specialist workshop where we install the wheelchair access features and any specific mobility equipment, such as lifts, hoists, and tie-downs. For more complex adaptations, we may invite you to visit during this stage to ensure everything is perfectly tailored to you.
Handover day!
Once your build is complete, we’ll invite you back to our Elland showroom for the official handover — though we can also deliver your Liberation to your home address if preferred. A technician will guide you through the vehicle’s features and answer any final questions.
You’ll also receive a comprehensive handover pack with manuals and instructions, along with our full aftersales care and support. We’re always here to help if you need us.
Liberation VC
The liberation VC is our wheelchair accessible van conversion campervan; built within the shell of a van, to create a luxurious and well-equipped living space. The motorhome conversion is best suited to the Fiat Ducato or VW Crafter and the vans are factory ordered so offer the greatest choice of vehicle options. A custom-build Van Conversion motorhome offers flexibility in the desired layout, as well as a wide range of internal and external vehicle options to suit your needs.
