Working in partnership with Motability, we provide custom vehicle conversions based on the Volkswagen Crafter and Renault Master, offering a safe, practical, and dignified travel experience for disabled passengers and their carers.

How the Process Works
Initial Consultation & Demonstration
Our mobility specialists will meet with you to assess your unique needs. We’ll demonstrate vehicle options and discuss potential adaptations, with no pressure to commit.
Tailored Design & Build
Once your Motability grant is approved, our engineering team builds your vehicle to specification — including any custom features needed for the passenger’s safety, comfort, and dignity.
Final Handover & Ongoing Support
We deliver the completed vehicle and provide full training. We’re also here for ongoing support, service, and any future adjustments you may need.
Motability Grants Available
Motability’s Bespoke Passenger Solutions Grant is available to support individuals who need more than standard WAV adaptations. These grants are prioritised for people who:

Volkswagen Crafter
The Volkswagen Crafter is the ideal foundation for our Bespoke Passenger Solutions, offering unmatched flexibility, space, and reliability. Purpose-built with accessibility in mind, the Crafter combines innovation with practicality, making it perfectly suited to support even the most complex passenger needs. Available in both medium and long wheelbase options, and with a choice of high or low roof, it provides the internal space required for adaptations such as changing beds, ceiling hoists, sensory equipment, and more. All our Crafter conversions come equipped with Climatic Air Conditioning and all-round Parking Sensors as standard, ensuring a comfortable and confident driving experience.
