Key Benefits of Fish Insurance Policies
Specialist Cover for Adapted Vehicles – Fish understands that vehicle adaptations are about accessibility, not performance, so as long as they are disclosed, they are covered.
Courtesy Car – If your car is being repaired by one of Fish’s approved garages, you will be provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the repairs. They will always aim to meet your mobility needs. (Not available for stolen and unrecovered vehicles, total loss cases, or repairs at a garage of your choice.)
Breakdown Cover – If your car breaks down, it will be repaired or recovered. If roadside assistance is unavailable, Fish will arrange and cover the cost of transporting up to 8 passengers (including the driver) to a single destination within 19 miles of the breakdown. European cover is available at an additional cost. (Parts required for repair are not included.)
Car Adaptations – Loss or damage to vehicle adaptations is covered for replacement as new, up to the policy limit. (Excludes intentional damage by anyone covered under the policy and undisclosed modifications.)
Cover for Personal Belongings – Up to £200 for personal belongings and up to £2,500 for mobility aids (including wheelchairs) in or on the car in case of accident, fire, or theft. (Excludes items stolen from an unlocked vehicle and money, gift cards, vouchers, or portable electronics such as mobile phones.)
