Brook Miller Mobility pride ourselves on our personal approach to understanding the needs of our customers. We offer home demonstrations anywhere in the UK in our wide range of demonstration vehicles or if you prefer you can come to our superstore in Elland, West Yorkshire.
When you call Brook Miller on 0800 064 4454 you will speak with one of our Sales Coordinators who will talk through your requirements and match you with the demonstration vehicle that will best suit your needs. They will then book you an appointment with one of our experienced demonstrators.
On your appointment date our demonstrator will arrive at your home with the vehicle you are interested in. They will check the vehicle will meet your needs, this includes checking the wheelchair user will be comfortable, this includes the size of the chair and the seated height of the passenger, a test drive of the vehicle and the demonstrator will discuss the order process should you wish to go ahead, and how to complete order paperwork, which varies depending upon whether you are a private customer or through the Motability scheme.
