Brook Miller Mobility are selling this motorhome on behalf of a customer due to a change in circumstances. It is a very high specification and great quality motorhome available at a great price.

This wheelchair accessible motorhome is built within a Fiat Ducato Maxi Van conversion, in Aluminium Grey. It is a 2.3L Diesel 150hp Automatic trasmission with Cruise Control, first registered in March 2019.

Wheelchair Access is via a fully automatic Autolift F6 Multilink Underfloor Wheelchair Lift, with a load capacity of 300 kg and platform measuring 76cm wide and 116cm in length, with an easy to operate wired controller.

There is a hoist rail fitted running the length of the motorhome with the van roof specially reinforced during build. The motorhome is fitted with a Prism Medical Freeway TransactiveXtra person hoist with electric lifting and manual traverse, with a maximum user weight of 130kg / 20.5 stone.

The drivers and passenger seats are on swivel bases which rotate to face into the motorhome with additional removeable table (27 x 27cm) between the seats – perfect for a morning coffee.

If the wheelchair user is unable to transfer into passenger seat wheelchair tie downs can be fitted (extra cost)

This motorhome has a well-equipped kitchen with sink and twin gas hob, both with glass tops to maximise work top space. It also has both a microwave/grill combination and Dometic oven, 80L Dometic fridge, plus plenty of storage.

There is a wheelchair accessible space saving wet room with cassette toilet and additional folding toilet support rails and sink with no under cupboard storage to allow the wheelchair user to position their chair up to the sink. The sink tap is removeable to use as a shower head, which can either be used handheld or in the wall showerhead holder.

There are 2 single beds within this motorhome, a Profile riser bed (95cm x 180cm) in the rear of the motorhome with easy to operate controller, plus the additional benefit of a wall mounted grab rail on the rear wall. Alongside the rear bed there is a removeable side table.

There is then a second single pull-out sofa bed (100cm x 180cm) to the front of the motorhome, which is quick and easy to set up, whilst allowing for maximum floor space during the day

Additional features include 2 TV adjustable wall brackets with TV points (Equipment not included) in the front and rear of the motorhome. All windows fitted with black out blinds and fly screens, plus an additional fly screen on the main door.

Motorhome gas supply is a fixed under chassis LPG gas tank, heating is provided via a Truma heating system and there is the additional bonus of a Dometic habitation air conditioning unit. Externally the motorhome is fitted with an awning for enjoying warm weather.

The motorhome is fitted with a Phantom I track plus tracker (Thatcham Category 6) which for a small fee plus ongoing subscription can be transferred to a new owner, giving many benefits for security, and in some cases reduced insurance premiums.
